…..was formed in June 2001, with the anticipation of becoming the premier water district operations company in Northern Harris County and Montgomery County. We offer operations, maintenance, and management services to Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) and Water Control & Improvement Districts (WCIDs) within the area.
The Principals of the Corporation are Linda and Tracy Riley, Mike Plunkett and Denise Blase. Each of these individuals brings considerable knowledge and experience to the organization, and each has a vested financial interest therein.
